Bittrex is was one of the largest US-based crypto exchanges around but in 2023 they were forced to leave US and to exclude American citizens. Cryptopia (cryptopia.co.nz) lists about every coin & token on the planet. Their support is not good. The trading platform is decent at best. After BTC-e.com was seized by the US government for possible fraud, they relaunched as Wex.nz Wex and all it’s domains were later shut down in Nov 2018.
FatBTC is a fairly new exchange that has a medium amount of alts that trade against BTC, ETH, FCNY, and their own token FAT.
